I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we received from **Property Medics**, and specifically **Ray Riley**, during one of the most challenging moments we’ve faced at Mojo Coffee. After a catastrophic flooding event shut down our business, Ray stepped in with a level of professionalism, urgency, and genuine care that went far beyond what anyone could expect from a contractor.

I had an excellent experience with Zach and Sean. They were very professional and were able to determine where the water issue was, where as the plumber could not. They were extremely neat and cleaned up after all the work was done.

We had an upstairs toilet leak into our downstairs master bedroom walk-in closet. Our plumber recommended we use Property Medics for our water damage remediation and they came out today to do the ceiling demolition to open up the area for the plumber to fix the leak. DeeJay and Chris were the specialists that came out today and they were excellent in every category. They preped the closet, with plastic HAZMAT covering, explained in detail what they were going to do, and did the job quickly and professionally, doing a thorough assessment to minimize damage and repairs. They were customer oriented and very customer friendly. This kind of work can be ver expensive, but they did everything they could to keep costs to a minimum.. I have personally requested them to comeback after the plumbing is repaired to put everything back together. So far is has been an excellent repair experience and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future repairs. Great job team!

Great service to help with leak damage. Brian and Cesar were able to come out one day after the damage was noticed, got all of the damaged walls and insulation removed and cleaned in just a couple of hours. Highly recommend them for water damage service!

We had some water damage to our home. Property Medics came out and I had the privilege of meeting Michael Flanagan. He was very polite and professional. Came in and let me know what he was doing, he always kept me in the loop. I was very pleased with his service. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and ask for Michael Flanagan.

They were super quick and very friendly. They came late in the day for some serious water damage and went to work quick to get things in shape for repairs. I recommend these folks. They know what they’re doing!
