We had a washing machine leak water in our laundry room, hall, and living room. This happened on December 24. We called Isaac, a TE Certified professional plumber, and he did a thorough job checking all the plumbing, both interior and exterior. He did not see any issues, so we believe this was a washing machine leak. Isaac came out quickly and was extremely helpful. TE Certified is always great!! He recommended Property Medics of Georgia for the restoration. Brandon arrived on December 26 and conducted a thorough walk-through, looking for signs of hidden moisture. The next day, his crew was hard at work. What could have been an awful situation turned out not to be as bad as it seemed. His entire crew, every day they were there, was hardworking, reassuring, and always asked if I had any questions. Each team member, Zach, Chris A, Chris G, Sean, Cesar, Ricky, and Wesley, did an outstanding job. They were all committed to helping us get back to a normal state in our home. We still have more to fix after the leak, but Property Medics of Georgia and their team made the first step so much less stressful than it could have been. I hope we never have to use them again. But if we have water damage in the future, they will be the first ones on our call list. An outstanding company.

Zach and Sean had water damage they came in did the work they were both professional

Bryant and his crew came out late last week to demo a shower after a water leak with significant damage to the walls and floor. They were prompt, respectful and definitely hard working. Additionally, the clean up after the work was complete was excellent.

Wesley came to recheck our bathroom for moisture. He was very professional, on time, quick, and explained the next steps.

Zach, Chris A, and Sean did an amazing job. I am grateful that I decided to go with this company. These young men "STAND ON BUSINESS ."

Zach, Sean and Chris came out today to address some water damage we had in our garage ceiling. They were friendly, professional and hardworking, keeping their workspace clean and finishing the job in an efficient manner. I was extremely pleased with the level of service they provided.
