We had a water leak inside our home that came through the fireplace. Property Medics Restoration company did a fantastic job of placing a dehumidifier unit to dry out the moisture. We had the dehumidifier unit for seven days and they sent Tyler to check the area and remove the dehumidifier unit. Tyler was extremely professional and knowledgeable about checking the dehumidifier unit. He removed the covering, check for moisture, and the indicator shows the house was dry from the water leak. He politely asked if I wanted the ceiling to be covered, and I told him yes, and he covered the opening in the ceiling and used the shop vacuum to remove some installation that was on the floor. He has a great customer service personality of friendliness and ensuring he does a great job for customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Tyler for the Property Medics Restoration company.

Zach, Cris, and Devon took the extra time and went the extra mile. They helped us out big time when our basement flooded. Even helped us carry stuff out. Huge props to these gentlemen. Thanks again fellas

Very impressed! I don’t even know where to begin - these guys know their stuff! They show up when they say they’re going to, take EVERY measure to make sure your property is protected, and do the best job I’ve ever seen - Literally! My husband owns an electrical company and sees job sites every day and even he said he was so impressed with the work they did and how clean they kept the area. I will use them again over and over and I will recommend them to anyone that needs it! We had a water leak upstairs from the toilet into our garage ceiling and you can’t even tell it ever happened! Claude came out the very next day to assess the job and quote it and stayed in touch with me through the whole process. Rick and Davis Came the next day to do the mitigation, and then Ray and his crew came and did the spray foam, sheetrock, and painting. I can’t brag enough about all of these guys. I own an Insurance agency in Middle Georgia and I will definitely be recommending Property Medics to all of my clients that need work done! Hands down - THE BEST!!

We recently worked with Property Medics on a big project (water damage) and they exceeded our expectations! The night we discovered the water damage and reach out to Property Medics, they showed up to our house within hours to assess our needs. From start to finish, the customer service was phenomenal, and their team kept us informed every step of the way.
Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also took the time to explain the process in detail. Their commitment to ensuring I was satisfied throughout the process was remarkable. I have to give well deserved praise to Craig Cox and Ray Riley. These two gentleman are top notch. From the very first email to the final walk through, they both went over and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of. I also need to give an honorable mention to Davis. He came to our house on a Saturday to remove wet installation from our attic and worked from sun up to sun down to get this task completed. Very hard worker. I would highly recommend Property Medics to anyone that needs any type of restoration work.
