I was referred to Property Medics of Georgia for based on a crawl space drain pipe repair issue with my house. Before I could resolve that I needed to have crawl space cleaned, treated, and protected. I they came out for an estimate and walked me through the process to ensuring understood the complete assessment. Considering my urgency to have the work done in order to close the gap on getting the drain repaired; they came out the next day and completed the crawl space restoration. The crew was prompt, courteous, and very detailed in providing me the status of the project. The restoration gave me great confidence that future issues would not arise. They have dehumidifier equipment to ensure the moisture was pulled out and picked equipment up after the drain repair was completed. A very professional organization from start to finish!

Shae Weeks came out in a hurry when we suffered water damage of an unknown source. He was professional and patient with our dogs as they watched him assess our property! He quickly found the issue and helped resolve our water leak!! We have other projects around the house that need great insight and a steady hand; we WILL be calling and requesting his services again! 10/10 would recommend Property Medics of Ga and in particular, Shae Weeks!

Corey and his team are outstanding! We had several issues with water leaks and ended up doing a lot of work with Property Medics. We got a new deck complete with a French drain, foundation reinforcements, exterior waterproofing, and beautiful Trex composite decking and it looks great! We also consulted with Corey about addressing the interior where water had leaked into a bathroom and ended up doing an entire bathroom renovation with him, as well. They stripped the bathroom down to the studs, took care of some resulting mold and waterproofed the interior. We now have a beautiful new bathroom from floor to ceiling. His crews kept us updated when there were delays and were prompt in responding to all of our questions and concerns. Corey and Property Medics are top notch in my book and we're already planning on doing more work with them.

These guys came over really fast. They did did what was required and nothing more. I felt like I was treated very fairly. Polite and responsive. They saved my oak floor, which I could not believe. They had to tear out some ceiling in my basement. They did it quickly and neatly. And then got it completely dried out. Happy with these guys.

Scot came to my home to evaluate a sound coming from the wall concerning for water leak from a pipe. He arrived exactly on time. He was quick, professional, friendly and gave the diagnostic advice we needed for our concern. Highly recommend this business!

Scot Reiher, the representative, sent out was absolutely amazing, he priced the supplies needed for the repairs and referred a supplier! I avoided a claim without risking the safety of my home. If you have any issues with your home, I highly recommend this company and Scot Reiher!

I called Property Medics because my house flooded due to heavy rain. They were courteous and responsive and sent Max Mosely (project manager) out immediately. Max was courteous, professional and efficient. He was detailed in explaining the mitigation process steps.
The water damage was extreme my flooring and 1/2 drywall had to be removed. Property Medics arrived quickly and explained the entire clean up process with me and began work immediately
There were no delays in the projected work schedule. Before the workers departed for the day, my home, was clean and free of debris. Kudos to Max and crews at PropertyMedics of Georgia!

The crew of Property Medics of Georgia did a fantastic job on fixing the water damage in my man cave basement. Marcus Bolton discussed with me in great detail on how they would repair the water damage and how long the dehumidifiers would be in my basement and he educated me on why I should not turn them off to ensure that the room would be bone dry. He is extremely knowledgeable. His crew was great Andrew Davy and Noe Mateo took care of the drywall repair and painting of my walls and baseboards. Again they were very knowledgeable and profressional. They were prompt. Hopefully I will not need them anytime soon but when another issue arises I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend them and their prices was by far the best of the other 4 estimates that I received. 5 STAR company all day every day !!

My neighbor experienced water damage, which came through our shared wall. Scot Reiher was great and immediately came to our house to check on it. Him and his team were quick on setting up machines and mitigating the damages before anything could get worse. Also Scot was able to help guide us through the insurance maze and figure out what steps need to be taken.

I've never had a thought about mold remediation so took the advice of my insurance agent to call Scot Reiher at Property Medics. Great move! Once we met once, Scot took over and everything ran smoothly. He was available when I had questions, but I generally just sat back and watched the work get done. That includes working with the insurance company. What was nerve wracking going in became an easy experience.

Scot Reiher was on time and professional. What I really liked about him was he didn't try to be a salesman and sell his services. He discussed the problem in detail and made sure we understood it. He went over and above to identify the root of the problem.
