When I discovered water pooling on my bathroom floor that my plumber was unable to locate, he referred me to Property Medics. Erick came out immediately and checked in order to further pinpoint the leak, put me in touch with a leak detection service. Once the plumber was able to get back, things went downhill and the bottom line was that my bathroom was a total loss. Working with his crew - Miguel, Michael and Sean has been such a relief. They’ve been incredibly patient with me and my constant questions, as has Angie who is the first point of contact for my numerous calls. Mark joined the group when it was time to check for moisture during the drying out period, and returned today to remove the equipment. Like everyone in this group, he has been a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend these folks….10 stars!

This company gave me peace of mind when water affected my home. They addressed step by step the issues with minimal impact on our home and our lives.
The people I interacted with ( Nick Weeks, Mike Flanagen, and Frank Sanchez) all communicated well and showed a high level of professionalism.
It is great that a company knows what to do and does it well.

Mark came to check moisture levels. Very helpful. I have been pleased with your company. As I said they weren't bad solving the problem. But when it was time put my kitchen back together. That is where I had real problems, people not showing up. Gave me two different prices, wouldn't give a detailed report on what was done. Not a good company.

Wesley did a great job coming and explaining what will be needed to be done checking the moisture levels. He was very thorough and very kind, as well as respectful. My initial mitigation specialists going by the name of Davis and another man whose name I can’t remember, both came out and did the demo portion. They were very respectful, kind, and thorough as well and made me feel at ease through the process. Big shout out to Claude Smith who is the project manager thank you so much. I will highly recommend their services.

Zach, Lorin, and Sean were great and very flexible with the work! It started leaking halfway through which halted work but they were able to work around it and push through late into a Friday

Today, Zach Vasquez & Sean Holloman were sent to my home to triage my water damaged kitchen from a broken pipe in wall.

Each of these men worked diligently & efficiently, and with such extreme care. They were engaged non-stop in their efforts, working with purpose.

They were even kind enough to explain what was happening with each step.

Their work was meticulous in detail.

They went out of their way to remove our custom cabinets safely & even identified the sources of the leaks to us.

And they even provided a first rate cleanup of their work from the tear out of the damaged areas.

They outlined what was to take place at each step of the tear out.
And were very courteous & engaging with us, and shared their findings with us as they encountered their water damage findings.

It’s hard to find employees who are skilled in what they do, as well as being good people themselves.
Zach & Sean each embodied that - and it showed in their work.
